Fabulous customer service and a fabulous product. The floral artist listened carefully and made wonderful suggestions. Everything turned out exactly as I visualized and requested. Further, when I asked for 3 begonias to be included with the plant I was sending, the artists thoughtfully selected 3 beautiful, fresh begonias in various stages of blooming to enhance the visual appeal and to make the arrangement last longer. I was so pleased with the finished product when I saw it in a picture. More importantly, it brought comfort to my friend during a sad time. Mission accomplished!
